Soon after his Lincoln College days -where Rallins was its (paid) student manager of the AV dept., Performing Arts Center, videographer and projectionist. Claude launched the first video resume service, VESS Inc., and "Smooth Jazz" radio program, Windwalk Cafe / aka 'The Wind', in 1979.

Rallins went on to produce and host The Job Channel on Chicago TV and several leased access programs on Cable TV before pivoting to Activist Network TV (The ANT) to expose a Chicago 'Poison Playground' of five thousand toxic barrels.

The eco-campaigns Rallins launched as The ANT; Directed at Citizens for a Better Environment, and advanced as a media contractor for Greenpeace, Helped millions; Saved billions. And ignited the Federal Gov's "Silver Shovel" sting operation that exposed illegal dumping and political corruption in Chicago.

Rallins coined the popular Greenpeace anti-war slogan NO BLOOD FOR OIL. Created Greenpeace Actionline, an impactful local-global phone-casting to voice-action tool featuring audio Action Alerts Claude recorded in his home studio.

A Greens Party Environmentalist of The Year winner; Center for New Television award recipient for the Rebel Green video. And EPA 'Citizen's Chair' Honoree. Claude went online in '99 with Sonic Sanctuary --a pioneering audio site delivering PSAs.

In 2009, Claude introduced and remote operated the first streaming in-room hotel TV channel service, 'LA LIVELY', featuring real time local content, for Sheraton LA.

Rallins foresaw global streaming TV in the web's 'dial-up' days and invested in premium TV channel domain properties to secure that vision, inspire creative, and empower his productions. Working some channels to showcase the namespace, enhance search rank, and increase the asset's value, while finding respectable homes for others.
